If we find out that someone has made a reservation without reporting it, or if someone joins the tour on the way, we will charge ¥20,000 per person after checking the security camera. Please note that it is also prohibited to visit without staying overnight.

Pets are not allowed. If we find out, we will charge you for the cost of cleaning and furniture.
Please bring your own swimsuit when using the Jacuzzi. Also, since the Jacuzzi is located outside, insects will inevitably enter the Jacuzzi. We have prepared special sponges and tubs for your use.
Please do not leave small children unattended on the rooftop terrace. We are not responsible for any accidents, problems, or injuries that may occur at our facility.
The sauna is equipped with an electric heater, which is set to turn off after 4 hours, so please set it yourself.
Pets are not allowed in the sauna.
Sauna Safety
The tent sauna is susceptible to outside air temperatures, which can vary between 70° and 90° depending on the temperature.
Please wear a bathing suit when using the sauna.
Please refrain from using the sauna if you are not feeling well.
Please refrain from using the sauna if you are not in good physical condition.
Alcohol is not allowed in the sauna room.
Please do not wear jewelry or accessories in the sauna room as they may cause burns.
◆Usage of the sauna
Please wash your body in the shower before entering the sauna room.
When water is sprinkled on the sauna stone (wax), steam is generated at once. Please be careful not to burn yourself.
Please only pour one to two ladlefuls of water onto the sauna stone at a time. Spraying all the water at once may cause the water to evaporate and splash on the electric heater, resulting in a malfunction. In the unlikely event that a stove is damaged due to excessive water application, we ask for your understanding that in addition to repair costs, you will also be responsible for the cost of any lost work time.
