Check-in is unattended. Check-in instructions will be sent to you by e-mail or SMS 2 days prior to check-in.

*A cancellation fee will be charged 7 days prior to the scheduled stay. Please understand this in advance.

Cancellation from the day before to the day of the stay or no-show: 100%.
Cancellation policy will be changed during peak season. Please check the cancellation policy displayed at the time of reservation.
Cancellation charge will be applied to any reduction in the number of days or number of guests for any reason.
Please note that we will charge ¥5,000 for every 30 minutes of delay in check-out time.
*Precautions
Please note that we are located in a rich natural environment, and although we take the utmost care, there may be an insect infestation. Please contact us if the infestation is too severe.
If we find out that someone has made a reservation without reporting it, or if someone joins the tour on the way, we will charge ¥20,000 per person after checking the security camera. Please note that it is also prohibited to visit without staying overnight.
Please make sure that the representative (organizer) makes the application.
Please refrain from making reservations on the assumption that they will be cancelled.
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace (please dispose of cigarette butts by yourself). （Please dispose of cigarette butts by yourself.)
No bonfires, fireworks, or noisy fireworks are allowed. Please use the nearby seaside.
No refunds will be made in the event that a BBQ stove is reserved and not used (refunds will be made in the event of inclement weather). (Refunds will be made in case of stormy weather.)
We ask that all dishes, pots, BBQ stoves (nets, griddles), etc. be washed and returned to their original locations after use.
Pets are not allowed. If we find out, we will charge you for the cost of cleaning and furnishings.
Please bring your own swimsuit when using the heated pool and sauna. Also, since the pool and sauna are located outside, insects will inevitably enter the pool. We have prepared special sponges and tubs for your use.
The sauna is equipped with an electric heater, which is set to turn off after 4 hours, so please set it yourself.
Pets are not allowed in the sauna.
◆For safe use of the sauna
Please use the sauna in a bathing suit.
Please refrain from using the sauna if you are not feeling well.
Please refrain from using the sauna if you are not in good physical condition.
Alcohol is not allowed in the sauna room.
Please do not wear jewelry or accessories in the sauna room as they may cause burns.
◆Usage of the sauna
Please wash your body in the shower before entering the sauna room.
When water is sprinkled on the sauna stone (wax), steam is generated at once. Please be careful not to burn yourself.
When pouring water on the sauna stones (waxing), please only pour one to two ladlefuls of water at a time. Spraying all the water at once may cause the water to evaporate and splash on the electric heater, resulting in a malfunction. In the unlikely event that a stove is damaged due to excessive water application, we ask for your understanding that in addition to repair costs, you will also be responsible for the cost of any lost work time.
